Job summary

Morrison Healthcare, a Compass Healthcare company, is hiring a full-time Production Supervisor for our Raceland, LA location. The role oversees food production and quality control, with a Monday–Friday 8:30 am–5:00 pm schedule.

Qualified candidates have supervisory experience and can lead a kitchen team to ensure safety, cleanliness, and efficiency in food service operations.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising a team in a food service or healthcare setting.
• Ability to manage production and quality controls.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Sets up and maintains production and quality control of items prepared in the kitchen.
• Assigns duties to associates under supervision for efficient kitchen operations.
• Ensures proper storage and handling of products; uses portion, presentation and recipe controls.
• Maintains cleanliness of all kitchen areas, including food and non-food spaces.
• Reports equipment repair/maintenance to the appropriate supervisor or facility department.
• Supervises team members in absence of Sous Chef; disciplines, trains and schedules associates.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
