Job summary

Del Monte Foods in Aurora, CO is seeking a Production Supervisor to manage production operations across multiple lines. You will partner with Warehouse, Shipping, and QA to optimize yields, control labor costs, and maintain product quality.

The role requires 2–3 years of supervisory experience in a multi-product manufacturing environment, strong communication, and solid knowledge of GMP/HACCP standards. This position is on-site and offers comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED plus 2–3 years in a supervisory role.
• 2–3 years supervisory experience in a multi-product manufacturing setting.
• Experience with scheduling, cost control, process management, inventory control and quality assurance.
• Strong written and verbal communication with management and staff.
• Able to work in wet, cold environments (<40°F) for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Discuss production plan with Production/Operation Manager daily or weekly.
• Review production goals with staff and determine remedial actions if targets are not met.
• Track labor and yield efficiencies; adjust manpower to boost productivity.
• Maintain labor budgets and ensure staffing meets needs.
• Assist with training of production staff and skill development.
• Coordinate with Supervisors to ensure timely order completion.
• Ensure availability of raw materials and packaging meeting specs.
• Ensure compliance with GMP, HACCP, and product guidelines.
• Communicate production issues with other managers and teams.
