Job Details

We are seeking a dynamic, highly skilled, and passionate Bilingual Immigration Attorney to join our legal team. This role involves working with a diverse range of clients to navigate immigration complexities. Fluency in both English and Spanish and at least five years of experience are required.

Responsibilities:

• Provide legal advice on immigration matters including family-based, employment-based, asylum, naturalization, removal defense, and deferred action.
• Represent clients in immigration proceedings, including hearings.
• Draft legal documents such as motions, briefs, appeals, and applications.
• Conduct client consultations to assess eligibility and legal strategies.
• Maintain communication with clients regarding case updates and concerns.
• Engage in policy advocacy and liaise with government officials.
• Stay updated on immigration law changes and participate in professional development.
• Collaborate with the legal team to ensure high-quality legal services.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Admission to a state bar in good standing.
• Minimum of 2 years practicing immigration law.
• Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
• Commitment to immigrant rights and advocacy.
• Excellent research and writing skills.
• Ability to manage a high-volume caseload under pressure.
• Strong interpersonal skills for diverse client interactions.
• Professionalism and confidentiality.
• Experience with immigration case management software is a plus.
