Job Title: Production Supervisor - Food Manufacturing (Par-Fry Experience)

Location: Canton, MS - Relocation Assistance Available

Salary: $85,000-$115,000/Year + Bonus and Benefits

HOURS: NIGHT SHIFT (Monday - Thursday)

We're currently seeking a Production Supervisor with strong experience in par fry operations to join our growing team.

• Responsibility:
• Lead and supervise daily production activities in a high-volume food manufacturing environment.
• Oversee par fry operations, ensuring consistency in product quality, oil management, and fryer performance.
• Enforce compliance with food safety standards, including GMP, HACCP, and company SOPs.
• Train, coach, and develop production staff to meet safety, quality, and efficiency goals.
• Monitor production schedules and adjust resources to meet demand.
• Collaborate with QA, Maintenance, and Logistics teams to ensure smooth operations.
  
  

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience in a food manufacturing setting.
• Direct experience with par fry systems (e.g., fryer calibration, oil filtration, product handling).
• Strong understanding of food safety regulations and quality assurance practices.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
