Job summary

Cintas is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead and direct our Production team on the 2nd shift in Columbus, Indiana.

You will hire, train and guide entry-level staff, ensure daily productivity and quality targets, and maintain safety standards in the plant. This is a hands-on management role with a focus on OSHA compliance and inventory control, contributing to bottom-line results.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct the Production team on the 2nd shift in a fast-paced environment.
• Hire, train, and manage entry-level production staff.
• Meet daily productivity and quality targets.
