Job summary

Cintas is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead and direct our Production team on a fast-paced shift. This management role includes hiring, training and directing entry level production staff while ensuring daily productivity, quality and inventory control.

You will uphold safety policies and OSHA compliance, fostering a strong safety culture across the plant. The position is hands-on with accountability for daily production flow and bottom-line results, reporting to the Rental organization.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred
• Valid driver's license required

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct the Production team on a fast-paced shift
• Hire, train and direct individuals in entry level production roles
• Meet daily productivity and quality requirements
• Maintain inventory control and plant safety
• Train partners on company safety policies and OSHA compliance
• Ensure safety culture is emphasized across the location
• Maintain hands-on accountability for daily production flow and bottom-line results
