Job summary

Daikin Applied is seeking a Production Supervisor for the Faribault, MN facility. The role oversees daily production activities, ensures safety and quality, and coordinates with multiple departments to meet schedules and customer deadlines.

You will optimize workflows, coach staff, and support continuous improvement initiatives while maintaining cost targets and quality standards. This on-site position offers growth opportunities within a global HVAC leader.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 5+ years of related experience in manufacturing.
• Bachelor’s Degree in related field preferred.
• 3+ years of direct supervisory experience preferred.
• Ability to read blueprints/specifications could be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Monitors production activities to eliminate delays and ensure adherence to production and shipping schedules.
• Assists in carrying out production objectives at the lowest cost, while maintaining quality.
• Ensures safety and product quality and improves production procedures.
• Coordinates workflow with departments involved.
• Trains employees in day-to-day procedures.
• Maintains quality/quantity standards for output.
• Analyses work orders to estimate hours and schedule machining.

The range displayed represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade which this position falls. Individual base pay will depend on a wide range of factors including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.Employment is contingent upon successful completion of pre-employment requirements, including verification of employment history, education, background screening, and drug testing where permitted by law.
