Job summary

• Analyze and determine the most effective material size for production and recommend alternatives to engineering.
• Select and recommend tooling purchases for new equipment with engineering and coordinate tooling purchases.
• Create and adjust CAD files and collaborate with engineering on design enhancements for cost improvements.
• Troubleshoot basic machine programming issues.
• Assist in product development and cost reduction.
• Participate in special project teams and work to accelerate schedules.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
