THE OPPORTUNITY
We are seeking an Area Operations Manager responsible for leading a team of 30-50 wage associates to drive performance in Safety, Production, Quality, Delivery, and Cost. The role focuses on team development to meet customer satisfaction objectives.
Located in Spartanburg, our plant has been part of the community for over 40 years. Spartanburg offers a blend of city and country life, with walkable downtown, good dining options, and proximity to Greenville's amenities and international airport. Our facility produces the X ONE long haul truck tire, along with heavy-duty truck, military, and other large truck tires.
