Arrow International, Inc. is seeking a Production Supervisor for Electronics to lead day‑to‑day operations on electronic and electro‑mechanical lines. You will guide hourly staff, meet production goals, and uphold safety and quality standards.

The
Full-time
is responsible for overseeing the day‑to‑day operations of the electronic and electro‑mechanical assembly lines that support our E‑Gaming product portfolio. This includes hands‑on leadership of hourly associates, ensuring daily production goals are met, maintaining product quality, and driving a clean, organized, and continuous‑improvement‑focused environment.
This role requires strong technical understanding of electrical/electronic assembly processes and the ability to guide a team through fast‑paced production while maintaining high safety, quality, and performance standards.
