Job summary

Arrowhead Products is seeking a detail‑oriented logistics/coordinator to provide vital data and updates to the production system. The role focuses on tracking parts, coordinating movement across receiving, warehouse, and production, and ensuring on-time delivery.

You will maintain MRP/ERP data accuracy and support leadership with daily status updates. The ideal candidate has a High School Diploma and prefers experience in aerospace or automotive manufacturing, with strong MS Office skills and

  • Preferred experience in aerospace or automotive manufacturing environments.
  • Strong computer skills with MS Office and data handling.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and track parts through the production flow to ensure timely delivery to next location.
  • Coordinate movement of parts through receiving, inspection, warehouse, purchasing and production resources.
  • Coordinate off-site processing of parts to ensure on-time delivery as required.
  • Maintain clean and accurate MRP/ERP data and communicate part status to leadership daily.
  • Work with production personnel to meet metric goals and update visual management boards.
  • Create shop orders and shippers for customers.

Job Summary:

This role provides vital data and updates of the production system.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and track parts as required through the production flow to ensure timely delivery to next production location.
  • Coordinate movement of parts through receiving inspection, warehouse, purchasing and production resources within the Company to ensure parts are handled and protected properly and within specifications.
  • Coordinate off-site processing of parts to ensure on-time delivery as required.
  • Work with the planning, procurement, engineering, and production teams to ensure MRP/ERP data is and remains clean and accurate
  • Work with production personnel to ensure metric goals are understood
  • Update and utilize visual management boards to drive results.
  • Work with production supervisors and managers to ensure all metrics driven action requirements are completed.
  • Communicate part status and estimated completion dates to leadership daily.
  • Assist management team with action item updates as required.
  • Ensure accuracy of E-KANBAN system
  • Create shop orders and shippers for customers
Education and Experience:
  • High Diploma
  • Preferred experience in aerospace or automotive manufacturing environments.
