About Us

We are a manufacturing company located in Irvington, NJ, specializing in the Cold Chain Industry, producing Insulator Pads made of recycled fibers for Food and Pharma industries.

Hours/Schedule

2nd shift, Monday-Friday, with occasional OT and Saturdays. Hours are 3:30 pm - 12:00 am.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of 2nd shift production operations and personnel in designated areas.
• Perform maintenance tasks as needed in shredding, hammermill, paper airlay, mattress airlay, packaging line, etc.
• Support resource allocation, efficiency control, and safety compliance, including OSHA standards.
• Ensure quality standards are met according to customer specifications.
• Delegate tasks, train, evaluate employees, and organize daily operations.
• Generate production reports and participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
• Perform other related duties as required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 3-5 years of supervisory experience in manufacturing.
• Electromechanical and maintenance experience in a manufacturing setting.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Forklift certification and experience (3+ years).
• Ability to lift 50 lbs. repeatedly and communicate effectively.
• Strong organizational skills.
