Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma; vocational training preferred.
• 3–5 years in production supervision or equivalent.
• Strong mechanical/technical aptitude and leadership skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers, vendors, and staff.
• Proficient in Word, Excel and Outlook; able to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily production activities to meet schedules.
• Coordinate with Production Control to set timelines.
• Train and guide production employees with group leaders.
• Review customer orders requiring purchasing support.
• Create/update SPIs for production processes.
• Collaborate to resolve production issues across departments.
• Handle disciplinary matters within Production Dept.
• Ensure safety compliance and maintain clean work area.
• Complete employee performance appraisals.
• Identify process improvements for efficiency.
• Investigate production-related errors and correct them.
• Ensure finished products meet quality standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
