Job summary

You will supervise production employees, coordinate schedules, and drive continuous improvement with cross-functional teams.

The role requires 1–3 years of supervisory experience in manufacturing and a high school diploma; a forklift certification and lean manufacturing knowledge are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 1-3 years of manufacturing, production, or operations supervisory experience.
• Experience leading, training, or directing production employees.
• Ability to interpret work instructions, safety procedures, and production documentation; proficiency with basic computer applications.

Responsibilities

• Update and execute daily production schedules.
• Oversee plant startup, shutdown, and daily operations.
• Enforce safety, quality, 5S, and operational procedures.
• Lead, train, coach, and evaluate production employees.
• Monitor equipment performance and production efficiency.
• Support machine setup, inspections, troubleshooting, and changeovers.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and FIFO material practices.
• Collaborate with engineering, quality, shipping, receiving, and management teams to resolve issues and implement continuous improvements.
