Summary: Responsible for leading daily operations of the fabrication department to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality production. This role supervises shop personnel, establishes priorities, drives continuous improvement, and ensures alignment with production schedules and company performance targets.
Manufacturing environment with exposure to machinery, noise, and indoor/outdoor conditions.
Standing, walking, bending, lifting, climbing, and use of PPE including safety glasses, steel-toe boots, and hearing protection.
Education: High school diploma or equivalent (Undergrad preferred)
Experience: 3–5+ years in fabrication/manufacturing; with prior supervisory experience
Skills: Knowledge of fabrication processes, ability to read drawings, lean/5S experience, leadership and problem-solving skills
Computer skills: Office required
