Job summary

Chart Industries, Inc. in Beasley, TX is seeking a fabrication supervisor to lead daily fabrication operations and supervise shop personnel. You will ensure alignment with production schedules and drive efficiency and quality across the team.

Responsibilities include enforcing safety, maintaining standards, and mentoring staff in lean/5S practices while collaborating with engineering, quality, and operations teams to meet targets in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; undergrad preferred.
• 3–5+ years in fabrication/manufacturing with supervisory experience.
• Knowledge of fabrication processes and ability to read drawings.
• Lean/5S experience with strong leadership and problem-solving skills.

What Will You Do?

Summary: Responsible for leading daily operations of the fabrication department to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality production. Working Conditions

Your Experience Should Be...

Education: High school diploma or equivalent. Undergrad preferred.

Experience: 3–5+ years in fabrication/manufacturing; with prior supervisory experience.

Skills: Knowledge of fabrication processes, ability to read drawings, lean/5S experience, leadership and problem-solving skills.
