The role requires a Bachelor's degree or 5 years of related experience, strong leadership and communication, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. The position emphasizes safety compliance and efficient operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 5 years of equivalent experience.
• Three to five years of experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified.
• Demonstrated leadership and strong oral and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite to include Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Supervises, coordinates and monitors plant activities including maintenance of equipment.
• Supports and assists personnel in achieving timely and efficient production schedules.
• Investigates abnormal operating events or equipment failures and makes adjustments, repairs and/or modifications as needed.
• Performs daily inspections on the plant.
• Ensures conformance with policies, safety regulations, and local, state and federal laws and regulations.
