Job summary

Quality Talent Group is partnering with a leading building automation and industrial technology company to recruit a Plant Supervisor for its manufacturing operations. This role oversees daily plant activities, directs staff, and enforces safety protocols to ensure safe, efficient production.

Ideal candidates possess a strong supervisory background in heavy industry, a high school diploma or equivalent, and experience with maintenance coordination and safety compliance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent or 3 years of equivalent experience.
• 3-5 years related experience in a supervisory role
• Minimum 5 years related experience in a supervisory role
• Experience in aggregates facility or other heavy industry is highly preferred
• Successful candidates must adhere to all safety protocols and proper use of Amrize approved Personal Protection Equipment

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the plant
• Direct the daily activities of employees working in the plant
• Responsible for the safety of employees in the plant
• Create work orders and pass information over to plant maintenance personnel
• Ensure Production equipment is operated in a safe and efficient manner
