Position Overview

The Production Supervisor position is a supervisory leadership role supported by on-the-job training, development, and opportunities for career progression. Production Supervisors are:

Qualifications

You'll have...

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • 1+ years of supervisory and/or manufacturing experience
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Ability to work rotating shifts, including nights and weekends

  • Ability to maintain professionalism in difficult and stressful situations
  • Effective two-way communication skills, actively listening to team members, leaders, business partners, and customers
  • Commitment to continuous improvement and applying innovative, customer-first solutions

Preferred Qualifications
