Job summary

All Star Auto Parts in Flat Rock, NC is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead a 20+ person team in our remanufacturing facility for automotive lights. You will oversee daily operations, optimize material movement, ensure safety compliance, drive quality, and uphold production standards to meet customer delivery expectations.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of leadership experience in manufacturing, a high school diploma or GED, and preferably a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising 20+ employees in manufacturing.
• Strong leadership and team coaching skills.
• Inventory, distribution, shipping experience.
• Commitment to safety and regulatory compliance.
• Ability to develop and implement on-the-job training (OJT).

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations including inventory management and material movement.
• Audit teams to ensure process adherence and improve efficiency.
• Ensure safety standards and a hazard-free environment.
• Maintain production standards, quality control, and on-time orders.
• Assist in training programs and report to site management.
