Job summary

TERREPOWER, a remanufacturing leader in automotive lights, seeks a Production Supervisor to lead 20+ employees and oversee daily operations. You will optimize material flow, ensure safety compliance, drive quality, and uphold established standards to meet customer delivery expectations.

Strong leadership and manufacturing experience are essential. Ideal candidates will have 2+ years in leadership within manufacturing, with a focus on inventory, shipping/receiving, or materials, and a high school

Qualifications

• 2+ years of leadership experience supervising a 20+ person team.
• 2+ years in manufacturing.
• Experience with inventory, shipping/receiving, or materials.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent manufacturing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations including production, schedule attainment, quality control, and shipping.
• Audit teams to ensure adherence to processes, improving efficiency and minimizing customer returns.
• Comply with safety standards to maintain a hazard-free environment.
• Ensure quality control, inventory accuracy, and production standards are met.
• Ensure timely order commitments to meet customer delivery expectations.
• Assist in implementing on-the-job training programs.
• Support the Operations Manager/Plant Manager as needed.
• Prepare shift reports to site management.
• Ensure cross-training of employees and maintain a consistent job rotation.
• Monitor employee adherence to production tracking protocols and goals.
• Participate in the hiring process for site personnel.
• Mentor, coach, and train, production team members.
