All Star Auto Parts in Riverside, CA is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead a 20+ person remanufacturing team, overseeing daily operations, optimizing material movement, and ensuring safety and quality.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of leadership experience supervising a team of 20+ employees.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent working experience in manufacturing, production and warehouse environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations including inventory control, material movement, quality control, and shipping.
• Audit processes to improve efficiency and reduce returns.
• Ensure safety standards and maintain a hazard-free environment.
• Meet and enforce production standards and inventory accuracy.
• Ensure timely order commitments to meet customer delivery expectations.
• Develop and deliver on-the-job training (OJT) programs.
• Support site management as needed.
• Prepare and send daily shift reports to management.
• Promote cross-training and job rotation for staff.
• Monitor production tracking and performance goals.
• Participate in hiring for site personnel.
• Conduct weekly quality meetings with the team.
