Job summary

All Star Auto Lights in Riverside, CA is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead a 20+ strong team in our remanufacturing facility for automotive lights. You will oversee daily operations, drive safety, quality, and on‑time delivery while fostering a productive, safe work environment.

The role emphasizes hands‑on leadership, training, and collaboration with the Operations Manager to maintain production standards and efficient material movement across shifts.

Qualifications

• Highschool Diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent working experience in a manufacturing, production and warehouse environment preferred.
• Experience in inventory, distribution, shipping, or materials strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations including inventory management, material movement, quality control, and shipping.
• Audit teams to ensure adherence to processes, improving efficiency and minimizing returns.
• Comply with safety standards to maintain a hazard‑free environment.
• Meet and enforce quality control, inventory accuracy, and production standards.
• Ensure timely order commitments to meet customer delivery expectations.
• Assist in developing and implementing on‑the‑job training (OJT) programs.
• Support the Operations Manager/General Manager as needed.
• Prepare and send daily shift reports to site management.
• Ensure cross‑training of employees and maintain a consistent job rotation.
• Monitor employee adherence to production tracking protocols and goals.
• Participate in the hiring process for site personnel.
• Conduct weekly quality meetings with team members to uphold standards.
• Mentor, coach, and train production team members.
• Manage ordering and organization of raw materials for the production department.
