Job summary

HCC, Inc. is seeking a Production Supervisor to plan, direct, and coordinate operations in our manufacturing facility. You will lead both hourly and salaried staff, set production goals, monitor workflow, and drive continuous improvement in safety and quality.

The role requires 3–5 years in manufacturing, strong communication, and a proven ability to multi-task in a changing environment. We offer competitive compensation and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 3–5 years of manufacturing experience.
• Supervisor or lead experience preferred.
• Ability to multi-task in a dynamic environment.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, and coordinate production operations.
• Explain expectations to hourly and salary employees and monitor results.
• Maintain workflow and monitor process steps and equipment.
• Assign personnel and manage workflow to meet production targets.
• Establish production goals and address root causes of issues.
• Maintain a safe, clean 5S manufacturing environment.
• Ensure safety rules and PPE compliance.
• Maintain ISO 9001:2015 compliance in activities.
