HCC, Inc. is seeking a Production Supervisor in Mendota, IL to plan, direct, and coordinate manufacturing operations. You will lead and mentor hourly and salary staff, monitor production results, and drive continuous improvement to meet targets.

Responsibilities include maintaining a safe, clean 5S manufacturing environment, ensuring quality policies are followed, and upholding union relations per the collective bargaining agreement. Strong communication and leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience supervising or leading a team.
• Ability to multi-task in a dynamic setting.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Plan, direct, and coordinate production operations within the assigned area.
• Set expectations and monitor production results with hourly and salary staff.
• Maintain workflow using process monitors and control points to meet targets.
• Assign personnel and manage workflow to meet production requirements; set priorities.
• Establish production goals and develop corrective actions when targets are not met.
• Maintain 5S, ensure safety compliance, and manage PPE requirements.
• Ensure ISO 9001:2015 compliance in activities; foster union relations per contract.
