ManpowerGroup on behalf of its client in Wentzville, MO is seeking a Production Supervisor 5 to lead approximately 40 employees in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You will drive safety, quality, manpower, and production performance objectives and monitor operations to resolve issues in real time.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication, leadership abilities, and learning agility, and be available to work 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shift with overtime as required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required; an Associate's Degree is preferred.
• 10+ years of manufacturing, production, or operations experience.
• Previous supervisory experience leading hourly production employees.
• Strong computer skills including Excel, Word, and workforce management systems (Kronos preferred).

Responsibilities

Our client, a leading automotive manufacturing company, is seeking a Production Supervisor 5 to join their team. As a Production Supervisor, you will be part of the Manufacturing Operations team supporting Production, Quality, and Assembly teams. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, leadership abilities, and learning agility, which will align successfully in the organization.
