Jobot in Wisconsin is seeking a 3rd Shift Production Supervisor to lead a large production team, ensure cost-effective operations, and maintain safety and quality standards.

You will manage production schedules, coordinate with procurement and distribution, and implement process improvements while promoting a culture of teamwork and accountability. Minimum 5 years in manufacturing leadership preferred; strong MS Office and ERP skills are required.

Qualifications

Job Details

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the production process, ensuring that it runs smoothly and is cost-effective.
• Manage the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) to ensure safety standards are adhered to at all times.
• Monitor product standards and implement quality control programs.
• Liaise with different departments, e.g., suppliers, managers, to ensure smooth operations and coordination.
• Implement and control the production schedule, reviewing and adjusting where necessary.
• Determine and implement improvements to the production process.
• Prepare and maintain production reports.
• Monitor and control inventory, overseeing the ordering and supply chain management process to ensure adequate materials are available for production.
• Lead, motivate, and support a large production team, fostering a culture of teamwork and continuous improvement.
• Implement strategic plans to increase efficiency and effectiveness within the business.
• Ensure all employees follow industry standard health and safety guidelines.
