Responsibilities

1. Oversee the production process to ensure smooth and cost‑effective operation.
2. Manage use of personal protective equipment (PPE) to meet safety standards.
3. Monitor product standards and implement quality control programs.
4. Coordinate with suppliers, managers, and other departments for efficient operations.
5. Implement and control production schedule, reviewing and adjusting as necessary.
6. Determine and implement improvements to the production process.
7. Prepare and maintain production reports.
8. Monitor and control inventory, overseeing ordering and supply chain management.
9. Lead, motivate, and support a large production team, fostering a culture of teamwork and continuous improvement.
10. Implement strategic plans to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
11. Ensure all employees follow industry standard health and safety guidelines.
12. Set ambitious production goals and communicate them to key personnel.
13. Ensure efficient collaboration and coordination between relevant departments including procurement, distribution, and management.

Qualifications
