Job summary

Eaton's Power Systems Division in Waukesha, WI seeks a Production Supervisor for the 3rd shift (Coils) to direct department activities and drive safety, quality, on-time delivery, and productivity. You will lead daily operations, coordinate shifts, coach employees, and champion lean practices to reduce costs and meet plant goals while maintaining safe conditions and accurate records.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED from an accredited institution.
• Three (3) years of Production Supervisor or Team Lead experience in a manufacturing environment.
• No immigration sponsorship or CPT/OPT/STEM OPT plans for this position.
• No relocation benefit; must reside within 50 miles of Waukesha, WI.

Eaton’s Power Systems Division is currently seeking a Production Supervisor - 3rd Shift (Coils). This position is located at our Waukesha, WI (Badger Dr) location.

This role is located in Waukesha, WI facility. No relocation assistance will be provided.

The shift will be from 3:00pm-11:00pm.

The expected annual salary range for this role is $86000 - $126000 a year.

What You’ll Do

As a Production Supervisor, you will direct departmental activities and initiate/participate in cross-functional activities to accomplish the objectives of safety, quality, on-time delivery, inventory, productivity, and continuous improvement, which focuses on removing cost from the business as well as meeting departmental metrics, goals, and objectives.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED from an accredited institution
• Three (3) years of Production Supervisor or Team Lead experience in a manufacturing environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Five (5) years of leadership experience in a manufacturing environment
• Experience with lean manufacturing / Operational Excellence in 5S+, Value Stream Mapping, Standard Work, Visual Management, etc.
• Experience in an Engineered to order environment
