Job summary

Eaton Corporation's Power Systems Division is seeking a Production Supervisor for the 3rd shift (Coils) at our Waukesha, WI facility. The role oversees daily operations, labor scheduling, and safety programs, ensuring lean processes and standard work are followed.

You will lead cross-functional teams, drive continuous improvement, monitor performance, and coordinate with maintenance and quality. Relocation is not offered; candidates must reside within the 50-mile radius of Waukesha.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED from an accredited institution.
• Three (3) years of Production Supervisor or Team Lead experience in a manufacturing environment.
• No immigration sponsorship or CPT/OPT/STEM OPT for this position.
• No relocation benefit; candidates must reside within 50 miles of Waukesha, WI.

This role is located in Waukesha, WI facility. No relocation assistance will be provided.

The shift will be from 3:00pm-11:00pm.

The expected annual salary range for this role is $86000 - $126000 a year.

Basic Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED from an accredited institution
• Three (3) years of Production Supervisor or Team Lead experience in a manufacturing environment

Preferred Qualifications:

• Five (5) years of leadership experience in a manufacturing environment
• Experience with lean manufacturing / Operational Excellence in 5S+, Value Stream Mapping, Standard Work, Visual Management, etc.
• Experience in an Engineered to order environment
