Job summary

Conagra Brands seeks a Production Lead to supervise and develop a team at our Darien, Wisconsin facility. Reporting to the Production Manager, you will drive safe, efficient, high‑quality operations on the 10pm–6am shift and lead daily performance toward targets.

You will monitor safety, quality, productivity, and cost, identify bottlenecks, and guide problem solving. You’ll coach staff, enforce procedures, and support sanitation and safety initiatives while advancing employee development.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 3–5 years of supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience in food processing/manufacturing is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead production team members to achieve daily production, quality, and cost targets.
• Monitor production performance to ensure safety, quality, productivity, and cost standards.
• Identify bottlenecks and drive team-based problem solving to resolution.

• Lead production team members to achieve daily production, quality, and cost targets.
• Monitor production performance to confirm standards for safety, quality, productivity, and cost are met.
• Identify process issues or bottlenecks and lead structured, team‑based problem solving to resolution.
• Support daily production planning and deliver line performance against plan.
• Drive execution of standard work and daily direction‑setting activities.
• Lead shift handoff meetings to share performance results, priorities, and plans between shifts.
• Provide training, coaching, and feedback to support employee development and performance improvement.
• Evaluate performance and contribute to ongoing talent development and engagement.
• Enforce plant rules, regulations, and operating procedures.
• Support sanitation activities as needed to maintain a clean, food‑safe environment.
• Promote and support plant and company safety programs, including adherence to defined safety requirements.

Compensation

Pay Range:$64,000-$95,000 The annual salary listed above is the expected offering for this position. An employee’s actual annual salary will be based on but not limited to: location, relevant experience/level and skillset, while balancing internal Conagra employees’ equity. Conagra Brands will comply with applicable law regarding minimum salaries for exempt employees.
