Conagra Brands is seeking a manufacturing supervisor to lead a 12-hour shift in Wisconsin. You will guide a production team to meet daily targets on safety, quality, and cost, and drive continuous improvement.

You will monitor performance, identify bottlenecks, and coach staff, while coordinating with planning, enforcing standard work, and leading handoffs between shifts. This role emphasizes training, development, and safe operations in a food manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Three to five years of supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience working in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Experience in food processing or food manufacturing is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Evaluate performance and contribute to ongoing talent development and engagement.
• Enforce plant rules, regulations, and operating procedures.
• Support sanitation activities as needed to maintain a clean, food-safe environment.
• Promote and support plant and company safety programs, including adherence to defined safety requirements.

Schedule

12-hour shifts, 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM 2/2/3 schedule pattern.

When visiting these sites, the physical requirements below may apply: You may be required to walk around the facility, climb stairs/ladders, kneel, or perform repetitive tasks that require hand-eye coordination. You may be required to lift or carry materials that can vary in weight and size. This is a manufacturing environment with large, moving equipment. Noise levels can be high, and temperatures may vary.

Compensation

Pay Range: $64,000-$95,000 The annual salary listed above is the expected offering for this position. An employee's actual annual salary will be based on but not limited to: location, relevant experience/level and skillset, while balancing internal Conagra employees' equity. Conagra Brands will comply with applicable law regarding minimum salaries for exempt employees.
