Conagra Brands in Darien, Wisconsin is seeking a Night Shift Material Handler to move product in freezer and distribution areas using lift trucks. You will load and unload trailers, ensure accurate inventory, and support safe, efficient operations at one of Conagra’s largest production sites.

You will maintain inventory records, handle pallets, and participate in training and continuous improvement. This role requires a high school diploma or GED, forklift certification, and English proficiency.

• Experience operating powered and manual pallet jacks, clamp and pull pack attachments.
• Knowledge of battery room equipment/procedures.
• Understanding of trailer refrigeration unit operation.
• Basic math and inventory accuracy.
• Proficient reading/writing/speaking English.
• Knowledge of safety rules and following procedures.
• Experience with inventory management computer systems.

Responsabilidades

• Operate lift trucks and other equipment to move product in freezer and distribution areas.
• Load/unload trucks, containers, and rail cars with proper material placement.
• Fill customer orders and ensure accurate staging, labeling, and inventory tracking.
• Maintain inventory records using computer systems and manual processes.
• Transport pallets, fiber, and materials to support operations.
• Sort and handle pallets while keeping a clean workspace.
• Perform daily equipment checks and routine maintenance.
• Follow safety, quality, and operational procedures for products and equipment.
• Change batteries and follow battery room procedures.
• Participate in training and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Maintain housekeeping standards for a safe work environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Shift: 10:00 PM-6:00 AM Hourly Rate: $0.00 an hour + $1.50 shift differential Reporting to the Supervisor, you will support the movement and storage of materials within the distribution and freezer environments at our Darien, Wisconsin manufacturing facility. You will operate material handling equipment and maintain inventory accuracy while ensuring safe and efficient operations within one of Conagra’s largest production sites.

A Taste of Your Responsibilities

• Operate lift trucks and other material handling equipment to move product in and out of freezer and distribution areas
• Load and unload trucks, containers, and rail cars while ensuring proper handling and placement of materials
• Fill customer orders and ensure accurate product staging, labeling, and inventory tracking
• Maintain inventory records using computer systems and manual processes
• Transport pallets, fiber, and other materials as needed to support operations
• Sort and handle empty pallets while maintaining a clean and organized workspace
• Perform daily operational maintenance and complete equipment checklists
• Follow all safety, quality, and operational procedures when handling products and equipment
• Change batteries on material handling equipment and follow battery room procedures
• Participate in training and support continuous improvement initiatives
• Maintain housekeeping standards to ensure a safe and clean work environment
• Perform other duties as assigned by management
