Job summary

MANN+HUMMEL in Wichita Falls, TX, is seeking a Manufacturing Supervisor to plan and oversee daily work schedules, assign staff, and ensure production targets are met safely and efficiently.

You will coach and develop team members, monitor performance, enforce 5S and lean practices, collaborate with plant leadership, and drive continuous improvement while maintaining quality.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required; a bachelor's degree is preferred.
• 3+ years of supervisory experience in manufacturing, distribution, or logistics.
• Experience with hiring, training, coaching, performance management, and employee development.
• Knowledge of production scheduling, material management, and lean manufacturing is preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; ERP/Sage experience preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitask, and lead teams effectively.
• Forklift certification/experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work safely at all times.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
