Quanex is seeking a Production Supervisor - 3rd Shift to join our team in Thomasville, NC.

The Production Supervisor will be responsible for directing and motivating employees to meet goals related to quality, production, safety, and continuous improvement.

Shift hours: Sunday: 9pm-7am and Monday - Wednesday: 10pm-8am.

What Success Looks Like:

• Monitoring dispatch and customer service requirements
• Addressing bottlenecks, defect rates, safety hazards, and maintenance issues
• Assisting Engineering with equipment improvements
• Counseling and motivating team members
• Communicating ideas clearly in oral and written forms
• Collaborating across all levels to achieve goals
• Managing budgets, assets, and expenses
• Maintaining documentation
• Following PHI and IIHI procedures
• Operating production equipment

Your Credentials:

• 5-7 years manufacturing experience and 3+ years supervisory experience
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Injection Molding experience a plus

The salary range is $64,500 to $80,500 with bonus potential.
