Job summary

MANN+HUMMEL is seeking a Manufacturing Supervisor to oversee daily schedules and staff, ensure safety/quality standards, and drive continuous improvement. The role focuses on coaching and developing the team, coordinating with plant leadership, and meeting production targets in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications include 3+ years in supervision, knowledge of lean manufacturing, and proficiency with MS Office and ERP systems. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs is required.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of production scheduling, material management, and lean manufacturing principles preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; ERP/Sage experience preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitask, and lead teams effectively.
• Forklift certification/experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work safely at all times.

Work Environment
