MANN+HUMMEL in Goldsboro, NC is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead daily manufacturing activities, manage staffing, schedules, and ensure quality and adherence to procedures.

You will coach and develop team members, drive efficiency, monitor metrics, promote safety, and collaborate with plant leadership to meet customer requirements.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree is preferred; high school diploma or GED required.
  • 3+ years of supervisory experience in manufacturing or logistics.
  • Experience with hiring, training, coaching and performance management.
  • Strong leadership, communication, problem solving, and organizational skills.
  • Knowledge of production scheduling, materials planning and Lean Manufacturing.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office; ERP/Sage experience is a plus.
  • Forklift experience/certification preferred.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Authorized to work in the United States.

  • Authorized to work in the United States.

Work Environment
