Production Supervisor - 3rd Shift (Manufacturing)

Job Summary

Ensure the timely and accurate production of finished goods and the delivery of products to customers. Maintain inventory integrity of components and finished items.

Responsibilities:

1. Oversee and coordinate product processing.
2. Monitor backorder reports and production scheduling; coordinate resources to minimize backorders and ensure product quality.
3. Create inventory transfers and production orders to meet schedules and service levels.
4. Complete all necessary paperwork and ensure electronic receipt of finished goods, complying with applicable regulations.
5. Maintain inventory integrity for components and finished products.
6. Communicate with product divisions regarding backordered and substitute items.
7. Act as backup for production equipment, material handling, and warehouse operations.
8. Develop and mentor staff through onboarding, training, performance management, and motivation; ensure appropriate staffing with required competencies.

Required Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous SAP and Catalyst experience.
• At least 2 years of production experience.
• Experience as a department lead or supervisor is a plus.
• At least 1 year managing people, including hiring, developing, motivating, and directing staff.

The salary range for this position is:

$73,840.00 - $107,120.00 annually.

The actual salary varies based on location, education, experience, skills, and abilities. This role is bonus and/or incentive eligible. Medline will not pay less than the applicable minimum wage or salary threshold.
