Via Seating is hiring a Production Supervisor to direct a team of 8–30 employees on our 1st Shift team. The role offers a salary of $60,000–$70,000 DOE and a Monday–Thursday schedule from 5:00 AM to 3:30 PM with overtime as needed.

Ideal candidates will have 5+ years leading teams of 10 or more, enjoy hands-on work, and take pride in building quality products. This full-time, non-safety sensitive role includes a comprehensive benefits package and 3-day weekends.

Qualifications

• Leads teams of 10+ for at least 5 years.
• Hands-on work orientation and pride in building quality products.
• Able to manage a production line with a stable full-time schedule.

Responsibilities

• Direct a team of 8–30 employees on the 1st Shift.
• Improve value-to-waste ratio across the production and supply chain.
• Ensure the value stream meets or exceeds customer requirements.
• Train and mentor employees under supervision.
