Production Supervisor

Our client is an established manufacturer of specialized engineered solutions, serving a diverse range of commercial, industrial, and specialized applications. • 3 ROLES OPEN: 1 day shift, 2 for 2nd shift 4:30 PM – 3:00 AM
• 4 (10) Hour Work Weeks (M-Thurs)

THE ROLE YOU WILL PLAY:

• Reports to the Plant Manager.
• Oversee daily department operations, coordinating employees, equipment, and materials to meet production schedules, safety expectations, and delivery requirements.
• Lead and develop team members through training, performance feedback, accountability, and effective communication while fostering a productive work environment.
• Monitor product quality and workflow, ensuring work meets established specifications and identifying opportunities for process improvements and greater efficiency.
• Coordinate staffing, job assignments, production planning, and material availability while communicating potential shortages or scheduling concerns to appropriate teams.
• Collaborate with maintenance and other operational departments to address equipment issues, support repairs, and maintain consistent production performance.
• Maintain accurate production and employee records, enforce workplace policies and safety procedures, and contribute to broader operational initiatives and continuous improvement efforts.
