Job summary

Career Personnel seeks a Production Supervisor for the 2nd shift (4:30pm–1:00am), Monday to Friday, in Montgomery, Alabama. You will oversee the day-to-day workflow of production staff, ensure timely execution of processes, and review daily production reports.

Qualified applicants will have forklift certification, at least 2 years in production supervision, a high school diploma, and strong communication, analytical and Excel/Outlook skills.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• 2+ years' experience as Production Supervisor or similar role.
• High School Diploma; a degree in a relevant area is a bonus.
• Forklift certified; knowledge of automotive requirements/planning.
• Intermediate Excel/Outlook skills are expected.

2nd shift 430pm - 1am Monday - Friday

**Supervisors come in 20-30 minutes early to prepare for the shift & stay after the shift to send reports etc.

**Overtime and weekend work mandatory as needed.

Tier One Supplier to Hyundai is seeking a new team member!! Company offers great benefits.

Pay: Depends on experience but will be between $18-$24ph to start.

Responsibilities:

• The main duties for this position are to oversee the day-to-day workflow of the production staff.
  

• Ensure timely execution of production processes with accuracy and efficacy in a challenging environment.

• Review and submit daily production reports in a timely manner.

• Maintain department standards for productivity, reliability, and accuracy.

• Perform required administrative tasks; prepares required reports and correspondence.
• Assist with inventory activities.

Requirements:

• Forklift Certified.

• Knowledge of automotive requirements/planning.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Intermediate level in Excel and Outlook or above

• 2+ years' experience of working as a Production Supervisor or other similar position.

• High School Diploma required; degree in a relevant area will be a bonus.
