H. T. PROF Group is hiring a Production Supervisor for the 2nd shift at our Jefferson, WI facility. You will lead an off‑shift production crew, assign tasks, and maintain a safe, productive environment.

GMP/SQF familiarity, HACCP compliance, and lean improvement are required. You’ll coordinate material flow, monitor throughput, and manage shift handoffs. 3+ years of supervisory experience in food manufacturing is required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of verifiable leadership experience supervising production lines in a regulated environment.
• Strong knowledge of food safety standards (GMP, HACCP/SQF), quality operations and compliance.

Production Supervisor – 2nd Shift Food Processing & Packaging

Location: Jefferson, WI
No Remote

• SCHEDULE: Consistent 2nd Shift, Monday through Friday (1:30 PM – 11:30 PM) with occasional Saturday production
• EXPERIENCE: 3+ years of proven supervisory or line leadership experience inside food manufacturing or regulated packaging
• COMPLIANCE & SAFETY: Deep familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), strict quality standards, and HACCP/SQF protocols
• EARNING POTENTIAL: Up to $75,000 base salary + time-and-a-half Saturday premiums + performance-based annual bonus
• REQUIREMENTS: US Citizen or Green Card holder residing within a comfortable 45-minute daily commute of Jefferson, WI

What You Will Be Doing (Daily Responsibilities)

• Direct, mentor, and motivate an off-shift production crew, managing daily line assignments and optimizing headcount for efficiency.
• Coordinate raw ingredient delivery and resource allocation to streamline material flow and consistently achieve daily throughput targets.
• Uphold stringent food safety protocols and regulatory benchmarks, maintaining 100% compliance with GMPs, HACCP, and SQF guidelines.
• Initiate tactical lean manufacturing and continuous improvement projects to eliminate line bottlenecks and improve Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE).
• Manage shift handoffs, acting as the primary liaison between 1st and 2nd shift teams to ensure seamless communication and zero lost productivity.
• Handle administrative duties, including labor tracking logs, performance reviews, conflict resolution, and daily metric reporting.

What We Are Looking For (Requirements & Qualifications)

• 3+ years of verifiable leadership experience supervising production lines, blending operations, or packaging teams in a regulated environment.
• Strong foundational understanding of food safety standards, GMP compliance, and quality operations (HACCP/SQF experience preferred).
• Collaborative communication style with a proven ability to mentor teams, de‑scalate floor friction, and build a positive workplace culture.
• Technical proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) or localized ERP systems for scheduling and performance reporting.
• Strong Plus: Prior experience managing workflows and leading teams within a unionized manufacturing environment.
• Proximity to the plant, with established residence within a dependable 45‑minute daily commuting distance of the Greater Jefferson, WI area.
