Job summary

Vertiv is seeking a Production Supervisor for our Pelzer, SC facility on 2nd shift. You will oversee 60+ staff across three rotating shifts, drive output targets, and lead continuous improvement projects to meet KPIs.

You will report to the Production Manager and work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure safe, compliant operations and strong team performance, alignment with Vertiv's standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of senior supervision/management experience in a production/manufacturing environment.
• Experience with ERP/MRP electronic production control systems.
• Proven track record of providing leadership to achieve production targets within a customer-focused company.
• Strong background in health & safety and employee development.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage 60+ staff across 3 rotating shifts.
• Drive production targets and improve performance using KPIs.
• Collaborate with Production Manager, Scheduler Leaders, Project Engineers, Logistics, and stores teams.
• Ensure implementation of health & safety practices and incident reporting.
• Recruit, train, and develop staff to maintain high performance.
