Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience leading teams in manufacturing.
• Strong communication and problem solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily production operations to meet safety, quality, delivery and productivity targets.
• Coach and develop production employees to drive performance and engagement.
• Monitor KPIs including safety, productivity, quality and schedule attainment.
• Identify and implement continuous improvement to reduce waste and improve efficiency.
• Coordinate with Production Management, Planning, Engineering, Quality, Maintenance and Warehousing.
