Conagra Brands in Indianapolis seeks a Production Supervisor for the 2nd shift to lead a team in meeting production and quality goals at our bakery plant. You will identify bottlenecks, ensure adequate resources, and drive improvements to keep schedules on track.

Reporting to the Production Manager at our Indianapolis, IN bakery manufacturing plant, local producers of Marie Callender pies, you will lead team members through the plant's process improvement opportunities and manage production team members to attain production and quality goals. You will identify problems or bottlenecks in production processes and resolve issues. Ensure production resources including materials, equipment and human resources are available to maintain production schedules. 2nd Shift approximate expected hours: Monday-Saturday, 2:30pm to 11:30pm with some Sunday's (2 weeks on 7 days a week and 2 weeks off where it's 5 days a week).

When visiting these sites, the physical requirements below may apply: You may be required to walk around the facility, climb stairs/ladders, kneel, or perform repetitive tasks that require hand-eye coordination. You may be required to lift or carry materials that can vary in weight and size. This is a manufacturing environment with large, moving equipment. Noise levels can be high, and temperatures may vary.

Pay Range:$64,000-$95,000
The annual salary listed above is the expected offering for this position. An employee’s actual annual salary will be based on but not limited to: location, relevant experience/level and skillset, while balancing internal Conagra employees’ equity. Conagra Brands will comply with applicable law regarding minimum salaries for exempt employees.
