Qualifications

• 2+ years in Assembly/Manufacturing in a supervisory role.
• Competence with hand tools.
• Bachelor’s degree (Engineering preferred) or equivalent.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Office Suite.
• Basic SAP navigation and transactions.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings and schematics.
• Strong leadership and time management; performance management.

Responsibilities

• Improve safety on production lines and enforce protocols.
• Drive team to meet schedules; assign resources and resolve constraints.
• Run and maintain kitting and supermarket operations.
• Operate or supervise forklift use.
• Ensure quality standards and use of checklists.
• Implement 5S for clean, organized areas.
• Report results via shift summaries and SAP routing; track losses.
• Conduct annual employee performance evaluations.
• Support process improvements for speed and reliability.
• Support quality and efficiency improvements.
• Support production process documentation and metrics.
• Assist digitalization efforts with tools like Digital Work Instructions and Operator Displays.
