You will drive safety, quality, and productivity while supporting digitalization and continuous improvement initiatives, interpreting engineering drawings, and coordinating resources to meet schedules.

The ideal candidate has supervisory experience in manufacturing, hands-on tooling skills, and strong leadership with project management abilities.

Qualifications

2+ years of supervisory experience in an Assembly/Manufacturing or related field.
Proficiency with hand tools.
Ability to interpret engineering drawings or schematics.
Project management experience.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and MS Office Suite.
Basic SAP navigation and transactions.
Strong leadership and time management skills.
Self-motivated and proactive.

Responsibilities

Improve safety for all personnel on production lines and areas, following safety protocols.
Drive team to meet schedules, assign resources, supervise progress, and resolve line constraints.
Oversee kitting and supermarket operations and forklift activities as needed.
Interpret and apply engineering drawings and ensure product quality checks.
Implement 5S and keep areas organized and clean.
Report shift production results and losses, and complete SAP routing confirmations.
Conduct annual employee performance evaluations.
Support continuous improvement and digitalization efforts (e.g., Digital Work Instructions, Operator Displays, dashboards).
