Job summary

Siemens is seeking a Production Supervisor in Broken Arrow, OK to lead a day shift in our switchgear manufacturing facility. You will drive safety, quality, and productivity while guiding a skilled team through daily production and digitalization initiatives.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years in a supervisory Assembly/Manufacturing role, strong leadership, the ability to read engineering drawings, and experience with SAP and MS Office. Forklift experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in Assembly/Manufacturing supervision.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and schematics.

• Experience operating forklifts and maintaining safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead a day-shift production team to meet safety, quality, and productivity goals.
• Plan resources, assign tasks, and resolve line constraints.
• Oversee kitting, supermarket operations, and material handling.
• Support 5S, digitalization, and SAP routing confirmations.
• Conduct annual performance evaluations and drive continuous improvement.
