Job summary

Qualifications

• 2+ years in Wiring Manufacturing or related field in a supervisory/lead role.
• HS Diploma or GED.
• Demonstrated competence with hand tools.
• Proficiency in Excel, Outlook and Office Suite.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and schematics.

Responsibilities

• Improve safety and enforce safety protocols on the production floor.
• Drive team to meet schedules, assign resources, and resolve line constraints.
• Run and maintain kitting and supermarket operations.
• Operate or assist forklift operations as needed.
• Ensure quality standards and proper use of checklists.
• Implement 5S and keep areas clean and organized.
• Report shifts with production summaries and SAP routing confirmations.
• Conduct annual employee performance evaluations.
• Support efforts to reduce errors, improve quality and efficiency.
• Support digitalization efforts by implementing tools.
