Job summary

You will lead a technically skilled team and interpret engineering drawings to meet production goals. The ideal candidate has a hands-on leadership style, experience with SAP and MS Office, and a Bachelor’s degree (Engineering preferred) or equivalent.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a supervisory role in Assembly/Manufacturing.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings and schematics.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Office.

Responsibilities

• Improve safety for all personnel on production lines and follow safety protocols.
• Drive the team to meet schedules, allocate resources, supervise progress, and resolve line constraints.
• Run and maintain kitting and supermarket operations.
• Operate or assist with forklift operations as needed.
• Ensure quality standards and proper usage of check lists.
• Implement 5S and keep areas clean and organized.
• Report results through shift production summaries and SAP routing confirmations, and document losses.
• Support continuous improvement and digitalization efforts (work instructions, operator displays, dashboards).
